Dear Friends,

I was blessed to attend the Restore Conference! It was inspiring, uplifting, and so encouraging to be surrounded by so many truth-seekers dedicated to holding the corrupt to account. Righteousness must be at the foundation of the body of Christ! Our God is a Righteous God, and He calls His church to reflect that.

When individuals take advantage of the innocent and the vulnerable—while professing themselves to be pastors or the voice of God—they must be held accountable. If they are found to be liars and deceivers, the dangerous wolves in sheep's clothing, it is our duty to bring their crimes and malfeasance into the light. We must not allow them to hide in darkness; justice must shine upon their deeds.

As the body of Christ, we are called to love first and foremost. However, love does not mean turning a blind eye to wrongdoing. In fact, God “hates” wickedness and some of the scriptures on this matter are shocking.

Here are key verses about God’s hatred of wicked people.

1. God hates the workers of iniquity (Psalm 5:5)

2. God hates the wicked (Psalm 11:5)

3. God hates the sacrifices of the wicked (Proverbs 15:8)

4. God hates the ways of the wicked (Proverbs 15:9)

5. God hates the thoughts of the wicked (Proverbs 15:26)

6. God hates feet that make haste to run to evil (Proverbs 6:18)

7. God hated Esau (Malachi 1:1-3; Romans 9:13)

8. God hates the deeds of the Nicolaitans (Revelation 2:6)

The most loving thing we can do for those who commit such grievous sins is to ensure that they are exposed and brought to justice. Only then can they truly repent, seek God's mercy, and make amends for the harm they have caused.
