How Do We Arm Ourselves?

As you may know, I am in Geneva, Switzerland to see what is going on with the 77th annual World Health Organization Summit. Our broadcasts will be from Geneva this week and there is an outstanding group of world changers that is here for a private meeting on May 31. Then on June 1st we will be participating in a rally. Stay tuned for our updates on what happens, when it happens."Put on the whole armour of God...For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers..." Where do you find your strength? Is in staying up to date on the news from local broadcasters? Is it from going to conferences and events where you can listen to knowledgeable speakers? Is it in local community gatherings? Is it in Church services and events? Is it in family connection and friendships? Do you seek to find peace in spending time in nature and God's Word? All these are common means of building ourselves up, filling our cup with knowledge and information that can help us cope, learn, grow, and prosper. However, do some things arm us to battle the attacks of the world better than others?There is an agenda that would have us believe that our battle is against flesh and blood. There are those who want us fighting amongst ourselves rather than finding common ground which in turn enables us to build community and resilience. When we find ourselves facing an attack it is helpful to be able to recognize that all too often the attack against us has less to do with us as a person and more to do with what we may represent in the eyes of our enemy.
