Catherine Christensen is a lawyer who will be defending Canadian Armed Forces members who choose not to receive the vaccine. Catherine is the owner and founder of Valour Law. She brings a wealth of life experience to her law practice that gives her an insight into the realties and solutions twisted up in any legal issue. Her military clients love that she understands their lingo—from the recce to the intel to knowing that situational awareness is messed up without situational understanding when planning the best tactics to use in the battle.

Legal Pushback Against Tyranny in Canadawith James Kitchen & Katherine Kowalchuk
Today we are joined by two brave lawyers that aims to make the government accountable for there actions. Recently James has being going to court fighting for pastors rights and coming up on December 21st a virtual court case to stop Alberta from canceling Christmas. Katherine routinely advocates for her client in the courtroom, having appeared in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Provincial Court. Her preferred method of settlement is by mediation/arbitration and to date, has successfully settled most of her matters using a conciliatory process. Katherine is also a volunteer lawyer for the Calgary Women’s Centre and the Canadian Centre for Men & Families.

The issue of vaccinations is barreling down on us. Saying that vaccines are not mandatory, but then denying us the right to fly or enter "certain premises", or be forced to continue to wear a mask if we do not wish to get the vaccine is an abomination to freedom.It is very clear that the elderly should be protected and no one denies this, but when the general population has a survival rate of over 99%, this has become a politicized event, used to restrict travel, restrict sovereign personal freedoms and inflict a bias set of rules that are highly contentious throughout the medical community.Expert doctors have come forward to hotly debate the tyrannical lockdowns, mask wearing, vaccine promotion and threat of discrimination against those who look at the full measure and scope of all the facts.When thousands of certified expert doctors across the world are crying foul, we have the right to ask important questions, which the mainstream media and political opportunists will not put forward.
